Full attention please for a band coming from Brazil named The Candle! The band was build up in1997 and their goal was to play furious Thrash Metal and that goal becamereality for sure. The Candle current band members are: Enio Cehzario as backing vocalist and guitar player, Junior Marquez behind drums and all the percussion stuff and last but not least Daniel Cehzarium took place behind the microphone as well as playing bass guitar.
They recorded a first demo in 2002 entitled "Savior Of Hell" just to show the face of the band and to prepare the Underground Metal for what's coming up from The Candle later on. So, alot of Thrashing maniacs were warned for the band's next assault. They keep their promises and a second demo "Shadows Souls Symphony" came out last year. I didn't heard The Candle's first demo so far, but while listening to this new one, i'm impressed very well.
"Shadows Souls Symphony" is a self financed effort contains four Thrash Metal songs (plus 2 bonus tracks).The production is OK, it's eighties and Bay Area influenced, so everything's sounded just fucking alright! It really gives me a great feeling listening to Metal like this. Eighties Metal influenced bands keeps the blood pumpin' faster through my heart and it looks like the scene is definitely back, actually it was nevergone! MY POINTS: 89 / 100
